How Blu Sky Investors, Inc. collects, uses, and protects your information.

  • Whether you have opted in to receive text messages from us, and which category or categories you opted in to

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit this website, such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you viewed. This is standard server and analytics information used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it
  • To evaluate a property you have asked us about and prepare an offer or analysis
  • To schedule and confirm calls, walkthroughs, and property visits
  • To send you text messages, but only in the categories you specifically opted in to

Mobile Information

Mobile Information. We collect mobile phone numbers to send you replies to your enquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and — separately — new off-market deal alerts and property announcements via SMS text message, with your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Consent for customer care messages and consent for marketing messages are collected separately, through separate, unchecked, optional checkboxes on our contact form. Opting in to one category does not opt you in to the other, and neither is required in order to submit the form or to do business with us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, and the messaging platform we use to send text messages. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
  • Transaction participants. If you proceed with a transaction, with the parties necessary to complete it, such as escrow and title companies, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blu Sky Investors, our customers, or others.

As stated in the Mobile Information section above, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of these categories of sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting in is never a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us.
  • Email. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing email by replying to any message or contacting us directly.
  • Access and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and disclose it, the right to request deletion or correction of that information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and as long as required for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
