SMS Terms & Conditions

The terms of the Blu Sky Investors, Inc. text message program.

Effective date: August 24, 2026

By opting in to receive text messages from Blu Sky Investors, Inc., you agree to the following terms:

  • Customer care text messages: Replies to an enquiry you sent us, and scheduling or reminders for a call, walkthrough, or property visit. You will only receive messages in this category if you specifically opted in to it.
  • Marketing text messages: Alerts when a new off-market, RTI, fix-and-flip, or rental opportunity becomes available, and other property announcements. You will only receive messages in this category if you specifically opted in to it.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers include most major U.S. wireless carriers.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time.

How you opt in

Consent is collected on the contact form on this website. The form offers 2 separate consent checkboxes, one for each category of message:

  • Customer care text messages (optional) — by checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Blu Sky Investors, Inc. at the phone number provided regarding replies to your enquiry and appointment scheduling and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
  • Marketing text messages (optional) — by checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Blu Sky Investors, Inc. at the phone number provided regarding new off-market deal alerts and property announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default, and they are independent of one another. Checking the customer care box does not opt you in to marketing messages, and checking the marketing box does not opt you in to customer care messages. You may check either, both, or neither.

You can submit the contact form and receive a response from us without checking either box. Consent to receive text messages is not required in order to contact us, to receive an offer on a property, to join our buyers list, or to do business with us in any way. You can also reach us by phone at (818) 239-2327 or by email at aragad@bluesky.riyaplatforms.com without providing any consent at all.

We do not collect SMS consent anywhere other than the contact form on this website. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties for our text message program, and we never send messages to a number that has not opted in through this form.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving that program. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages in that program. If you opted in to both categories, replying STOP will end messages from the program you reply to; contact us if you wish to opt out of everything and we will remove you.

Your mobile information
